WELCOME to the website of acclaimed
guitarist Paul May.
Respected for his passionate, soulful guitar work and known for his exciting explosive solo's, It's quite easy to see why he has appeared on over 50 albums to date in both secular & Christian arenas.
Paul spent years touring throughout the UK, Europe, USA & the Eastern block.
Paul is also a record producer and a gifted songwriter and has been involved with all styles and spectrums of musical styles.
Paul owns & runs
"Rock Solid Studios" based in the UK, England where he has produced many an album.
As well as being one half of the
ATKINS MAY PROJECT,
Paul is also the 'axeman' for
A.N.D & Temple Dogs.
News
Currently, Paul has written, recorded and produced the latest
Atkins May Project album
which is the fifth offering from AMP released April 2020 on Dog Ruff Records.
More recent activity has been taken up recording and producing
Al Atkins on his latest album titled "Reloaded" which is a 'best of' CD featuring some of the tracks Al wrote as the founder & original singer of Judas Priest.
On this album Paul plays alongside Ian hill (Judas Priest) Roy Z (Halford)
& John Mccoy (Gillan) to name but a few of the guests on this CD.
Paul has recently finished working with Christian artist Sarah Prothero, playing and producing her new album "Holding On"
